1. MEASURE
You can’t manage what you haven’t measured – we start by mapping your emissions footprint across Scopes 1, 2 and 3. We do this for you, rather than you having to work out how to use free online calculators or complicated software. If you’ve already got a robust emissions baseline we can skip straight to Step 2!
Step 1 takes 3-5 weeks and you’ll get a short report detailing your emissions profile.
2. Plan
Once we understand your emissions footprint we’ll develop a bespoke Net Zero Plan, highlighting technologies and solutions that work for your specific business. We’ll detail the corresponding emissions reduction as well as estimated savings and payback.
Step 2 takes 2-4 weeks and you’ll get a bespoke Net Zero Plan, with solutions, emissions/energy reduction forecasts and costs.
3. Implement
If you’d like us to, we’ll support you all the way through Implementation of your Net Zero Plan. We leverage our expertise in working with low emissions technologies and solutions to liaise with suppliers, manage the specification process and arrange installation.
Step 3 is ‘how long is a piece of string’ – we can scope this according to your specific needs and requirements.

We’ve worked with hundreds of low-emissions technologies and solutions over the last 20yrs, but adoption amongst businesses can be slow, despite benefits such as lower energy consumption/opex and increased resilience. We saw an opportunity to speed this up by working with companies in the race to reach net zero.
But - you can’t manage what you can’t measure. So the first step was to develop a calculation methodology tailored to ‘non-emissions-experts’, instead of relying on free, vague calculators, up-skilling someone in the team or using expensive consultants.
